My progress is really slow. I have lost 11 pounds in the last month but now I am at a stand still.

It took me years to get to this current body shape. My goal is to take a year to move back to the body shape I had. I have friends that have boxes of clothes that they get out and then repack. I am going to change one pound at a time. Stay positive! Just keep thinking how much better you feel today than last week. Every pound is an achievement. Go us!
