I tend to be a slow loser as well. But...my clothes are fitting different, blood sugar is way down, and I feel much better~

Definitely pay more attention to how those clothes fit than to the scale! You may be making more progress than you think emoticon

Yep, my progress is slow too. I hate it but I don't have hours to spend at the gym so most of my loss is just diet changes and being more active in general. At least I'm not gaining weight!

Amen to that. I didn't realize until I looked at my calendar that I only lost 1 .5 lbs in two weeks. I'm hoping that if I lose slowly it will stay off longer. Slow and steady wins the race!! emoticon

My progress is really slow. I have lost 11 pounds in the last month but now I am at a stand still.

It took me years to get to this current body shape. My goal is to take a year to move back to the body shape I had. I have friends that have boxes of clothes that they get out and then repack. I am going to change one pound at a time. Stay positive! Just keep thinking how much better you feel today than last week. Every pound is an achievement. Go us!

I'm in the same boat, but my calorie range is steadily getting lower and so is my weight (ever so very slightly!) I keep telling myself it's better than gaining.

I have been using sparks for 37 days and I am struggling with the slow weight loss. Continue to remind myself fat is lighter than muscle, and fitting into smaller jeans has helped. Moving on!
