Yep, my progress is slow too. I hate it but I don't have hours to spend at the gym so most of my loss is just diet changes and being more active in general. At least I'm not gaining weight!

Amen to that. I didn't realize until I looked at my calendar that I only lost 1 .5 lbs in two weeks. I'm hoping that if I lose slowly it will stay off longer. Slow and steady wins the race!!

My progress is really slow. I have lost 11 pounds in the last month but now I am at a stand still.

It took me years to get to this current body shape. My goal is to take a year to move back to the body shape I had. I have friends that have boxes of clothes that they get out and then repack. I am going to change one pound at a time. Stay positive! Just keep thinking how much better you feel today than last week. Every pound is an achievement. Go us!
