if you guys get bored with it try the fun workouts they make you feel the burn like crazy like brazillian dance workout, crunch cardio, kathy smith bellydance,they have so many varieties anyone else like leslie sansone too. Thats good its not a diet then. I lost 57 pounds so far used to be 268 pds but seriously if you get bored also go on collage video they have all the workout video clips. Its not cheaper to buy from them but at least the clips are free.
I also have the slim in 6 dvds. They will kick your behind into shape! I do not do them every day, because they are kind of boring, but I do incorporate them 2-3 times a week. If you use them they will 100% give you results because they are HARD! And trust me, I workout at a very high intensity level. The set also includes a segment called slim in 6 pack. it is only 11 minutes of straight ab work but it will kill your abs. My boyfriend, who is a former state champ wrestler and now the head high school coach, tried it and sayed the only thing that kept him from stopping was knowing that I can make it through the entire thing! Good luck and stick to it!
I would agree with Kim. "Slim in 6" as a workout program will bring results (I can already tell things are tightening), but the routine is not upbeat and music is very "jazzy", in a bad way. I'm a big fan of Turbo Jam and own every set made. I just wanted to incorporate more "weights" and muscle building workouts to balance with the Turbo Jam and jogging.
So far, I'm seeing things tightening, but it's just been a few days.

I think Slim in 6 is an awesome program!! I completed it last year and then moved on to the Slim Series (also by Debbie Siebers) and I lost 60 pounds and went from a size 18 to an 8. (Not in just 6 weeks - overall!) You will get out of it what you put into it. If you do it 6 days a week for 6 weeks and watch what you eat, you will see results. It's amazing how quickly the inches come off. It's easy to follow and it's nice to have a workout that combines cardio and strength together.
There are some cons though. The workout itself is boring. It is very repetitive. The music (if you can even call it that) is HORRIBLE. The reps on each side aren't always the same. If you can get past all that, it's a great workout that gives great results. If you prefer fast paced, upbeat workouts like Turbo Jam, I don't know if you would be happy with Slim in 6. I'm not trying to keep you from trying it, just letting you know my honest opinion!! I personally love Debbie's programs and I would highly recommend them if you are looking to lose pounds and inches.

I agree with the last comment. Slim in 6 is NOT a diet pill or miracle fix. You do the dvd's like you would any other workout dvd and you get out of it what you put into it. They have a diet you can do with it..I never followed it I just did the workouts. They were challenging and they worked. I would suggest maybe seeing if your local library has them to checkout before you buy. That is how I preview certain workout dvd's to see if I like them.
I was doing the alli diet not knocking it. It was wonderful while it worked but for some reason it had no effect on my body anymore just made me feel so drained and exhausted. I stopped taking it and my metabolism is working better again and I dont feel like a walking zombie anymore. The bad thing is about diet products they target those of us so desperate to lose weight that is how they become millionaires. So the best way is to do the internal work and external work and make sure your doing it the healthy way and most importantly only for yourself.

Slim in 6 is a workout program that is put out my Beachbody.com and Debbie Seibers. It is a 6 week workout program that does work if you keep up with it. You can find it on milliondollarbody.com, or even look under ebay and find some dvds there. Check out on the weekend for the informericals and see what it is. I saw it on Sunday so I know it is out there.

I know there are several spark teams for slim in 6 and I've read through their posts, but I wanted to ask the larger group...Is anyone using the Slim in 6 program regularly and what are your results? I want to hear about any success stories, even if you only did a part of the program (i.e., only followed for a few weeks, added in other cardio, only did a few times a week instead of every day, etc.).
Just trying to see if this really works on it's own...
