I am not new here, I have been here before but I am more determined to loss the weight.
My husband and I both are using the Slim Fast Diet, so I guess I am wondering what kind of
foods will make us feel fuller so we are more apt to stick to it. We are both kind of junk food
junkies, like to go out to eat, (chinese food or fried food) He is trying to avoid bypass surgery
and I am just getting sick of stepping on the scales and just watching the numbers go up and
continueing , like I care, to not change anything!
Any suggestions are MUCH
