I sleep much better on days that I exercise.
The guilt if I miss a work out doesn't help either. emoticon

Daily exercise combats my insomnia. I took a week off last week due to an injury and only slept 4 hours per night on average, When I'm working out, I sleep 8 hours through the night. emoticon

Do you find it had to sleep with you break your workout routine for a day? I couldn't get to sleep last night till 7am and I'm wondering if it's because I had energy to burn.
