Sleep and relaxation during a 24hr period is just as important as what you eat. If you do not get proper sleep your body and mind do not rejuvenate and your food does not digest as well. Relaxation especially if you life a hectic stressful life is key to loosing belly fat. Try deep breathing in a quiet serine place while you do your Spark meditation or other meditations. Also right before you go to bed do progressive muscle relaxation so that you fall asleep better and in a relaxed state. Never put a TV in your bedroom, go to be at the same time every night, establish a routine. These are my tips for today! hope they help!
