Does it count for my 8hrs of sleep if I only sleep 6.75 hrs and then take a 1.25 hour nap at some point in the day?
Also, I wake up anywhere from one to 4x per night and it takes me 5 to 10 mins to get back to sleep. Last week, one night was REALLY bad .... I was "in" bed for 9.5 hours but woke up every hour on the hour.
