Hang in there ! You're going through a lot of stress, so take this one day at a time. You can't handle everything at once. So, do the best you can.
If you can't log every day, then log when you can even if that means you log one day a week. That's a start. As for exercise, take a daily walk. That's too is a good start. Walking is excellent cardiovascular exercise and being in the fresh air can help you relax a bit.
If you need to vent, that's okay. vent. Blog out your feelings. post questions to the forums. You'll find the Spark Community very supportive.
The guy threatening you with a lawsuit sounds like a piece of work, don't give him a second thought. Some people are all bluster and effect. they like thinking they can dominate people by bulling them. Everyone is hurting and this guy seems to enjoy taking advantage of people. He's in for a big shock when Karma comes knocking at his door.
Just take this slow and easy even if the only healthy thing you do for yourself today is to drink your water. One step at a time.
