What a great and fun way to stay motivated, feel supported and to spend time with your son.
You're very blessed! Of course, you might not feel that way while he is barking orders at you to climb steps (just kidding). Good luck on your training program!

I wanted to share something funny and encouraging. I am training for my first walking half marathon. I have a 12 week half marathon training program I am following. I just finished week 3.

My son who is twelve decided he wanted to be my personal trainer and he call's himself "Skinny Stan." His voice sounds like a drill sergeant and he makes me work hard. So great and funny at the same time. He has me climbing steps and walking laps around the baseball field. emoticon
