I wanted to share something funny and encouraging. I am training for my first walking half marathon. I have a 12 week half marathon training program I am following. I just finished week 3.
My son who is twelve decided he wanted to be my personal trainer and he call's himself "Skinny Stan." His voice sounds like a drill sergeant and he makes me work hard. So great and funny at the same time. He has me climbing steps and walking laps around the baseball field.
