I like the Skinny Cow ice cream products for my bedtime snack. Ice cream in the evening is a family tradition that I don't want to give up. I like the white mint truffle bars and I liked the pink velvet cake ones, too. I find the cookies and cream ones a little too bland, but OK. I don't like the chocolate ones because they taste too much like fudgecicles -- and I have never liked those.

I haven't tried the ice cream sandwiches because they have more calories, but i have heard other people say they are terrific. I'll probably cave in and try them someday when the store doesn't have any of my favorites in stock.

I love the Skinny Cow fudge bars. Weight Watchers also has some sweet things. Lately, I've been using some of the sweetened Cheerios, sans milk, to kill my sweet tooth.

I like the Skinny Cow products too but I tend to purchase frozen yogurt when it goes on sale. It does satisfy my sweet tooth.

Skinny Cows are great, no doubt about it. I go with moderation in all things. So I occasionally eat a Skinny Cow myself; my fav is the chocolate ice cream.

My go to foods, however, for sweet cravings are fresh fruits. Lately, I've been doing a simple fruit salad, combining one apple, one orange and one banana with 1T of honey. Yummmmmmm!!! I can split that into two treats a day and get ALL my fruit requirements in, along with a healthy dose of fibers!!!

Of course, you can add other fruits or switch things out. I had an extra tangerine once that I threw in, or some strawberries, whatever you like.

You can also throw a few nuts in ...

I like any kind of ice cream for a "dessert." I find I like the ordinary brand of ice cream sandwiches just as well as the Skinny Cows, though... for about the same calories and much less $. But the SC's are pretty good. Fudgesicles are also good. And any kind of ice cream (preferably with chocolate involved), most kinds you can get about 1/2 cup for 150 calories, makes a decent treat.

Ohhhhhh how I love thee. I know, I know, my last post was sorta about not liking too many processed foods, but I freaking love the Skinny Cow line. Their ice cream sandwiches are heavenly and satisfy my insane sweet tooth and they don't taste fake. It has become my go to for when I just have to have something sweet. What is your go to??
