Right on Congratulations! I totally agree its not easy but it's not that hard. For sure and the reward is well worth it! I can't wait till I'm a size 6, not too long now

I honestly started spark hoping to drop maybe 10 lbs. It's been so amazing to watch my progress continue. It's not easy, but it's not that difficult either. I love my Spark!!!!
