i would say to check out the mediterranean vegan kitchen cookbook, and if you see a recipe you like, divide by the number of servings to get a single portion.

I am getting a bit bored with the food I have been making. I need to make single portions as I am not good at saving food for later. I need some new lower calorie recipes.

Have been vegan for 16 years and soy allergic for 4 not willing to eat animal products at all.

Thanks for any suggestions
