Hello welcome ot spark people! Being a single parent is hard and figureing the "extra" stuff like excerise is not easy. If you have a WIi or other system they have some neat games you can do with your children and get excerise at the same time. There are some wonderful videos on this site you can do. i work out most morning befor anyone gets up. We also have a gym were I work and some of us go during our break. If your looking for spark friend please send me a note.

Being a single mom and juggling a full-time job along with the responsibility of the every day activities of yourself and you child/ren, it is hard to find time to work out and eat healthy. Being on the go a lot causes us to eat out more than usual, and I'm trying to find a healthier and less time consuming way to cook healthier dinners that I and my picky child will enjoy. Also I am looking for ways to create some kind of routine that I can do at the house if I do not have time to make it to the gym, Thanks!
