Crazy isn't it? What is so sensible can be such a mental challenge, but with each other's support we've all got that much more going for us! Way to go. I too have the challenge on the waist area. lol.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the positive feedback :) I finally went home for thanksgiving, and I stepped on the scale at home and I've lost my first 10lbs...I can't wait until I reach my goal weight!

Who woulda thunk it: eating right and exercise = a better, more prosperous, abundant life. It took me the better part of a lifetime to figure it out, but it finally took hold. Thank you, Sparkpeople.

Spark On!

I moved here to Bloomington, IN on August 13, and at that time I couldn't get my size 9 pants to zip up. They haven't fit me since last year! They've been at the bottom of my drawer ever since, but this past week my size 11's were feeling baggy...and I tried on my 9's and they fit easily with no "muffin top" ...I've changed some things in my life lately, I walk more, I don't drink pop, I home-cook my meals...it's all starting to make positive changes in my body, and I'm pretty proud of myself! :)
