Just as a side note... depending by what you mean by "tone", you may not be able to accomplish what you are aiming for. Remember that you can't spot-reduce fat. It's great to have a full-body program that targets everything and builds muscle in the arm, but doing shoulder/arm work won't reduce the fat in those areas. :)

Just an FYI! You may know this already, but usually when someone says "tone", that's what they mean.

Coach Nicole: I recently ran across your review of Xtend Barre Lean & Chiseled and agree that they could have gone more into arms and shoulders. I was wondering if you have come across any great 30 day arm/shoulder/back workouts that you would recommend. I never seem to get the results I want from my regular weight routine at the gym, and also have the "fear of bulking up". I'm trying to find a simple workout to tone my arms, shoulder, and upper back that I can mix into my normal routine or do for just 10-20 minutes every day.
