I might be crazy, but registered for Trek Up the Tower, www.trekupthetower.org. It's 40 flights and 870 stairs. The race is in February. Started training today - walked up 8 flights today. Figure I'll add more flights each week. Going to try jogging up the 8 flights tomorrow! emoticon
