Just signed up today with SparkPeople. I have signed up for a gym membership at my community and thought this online community would be a great part of my weight loss journey. My name is Michelle, 28 and 199 lbs. I was shocked to find out I weight that much because I didn't feel that way. I have committed to a healthy lifestyle and get fit again. My goal is to lose 20 lbs overall and go to the gym at least 4 days a week.
