I like steamed broccoli with it - easy to make and yummy.

We always have rice, some kind of greens (usually spinach) or northern beans. I love how greens pair with fish.

Thanks! All of the suggestions sound good. I think I'm going to have the spiced potato wedges (forgot I had those) since I'm needing something that won't take long to cook. Thanks again.

Black beans, corn, chopped tomatoes, cilantro... Kind of a corn relish.

Plain black beans.

I'm having cornbread with mine tonight.

Baked green beans.

Roasted veggies - broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes.
