If you feel like you have the need to eat when you are stressed than eat some healthier tastier snacks. Home-made granola is good and it will last you a while, even corn chips and salsa--better than any other junk food.
I completely understand where you are coming from. It was suggested to me to drink more water to help take away that need to eat, and/or buy some special k snack bars. They are only 90 calories and pretty healthy for you. :) Good luck!

I don't know about anybody else out there, but when the kids are sick, I am stressed. I just want to eat and eat. And I don't plan well of course. All of my energy is going into taking care of the kids. This time, I am trying to make plans to eat better. I got healthier sweet and/or salty snacks so I don't cheat.
