About 10 years ago something happened in my life that brought about a severe life change! Before, I was energetic ( hyper actually) and had very artistic brain! Had kidney cancer in 2004 became very inactive in everything (and I do mean everything) Children grown, grandchildren grown and no one needs me now! That was my stinking thinking and joined facebook and played games! No exercise, husband cooked all our lives so didnt have to do that! So here I am with a lot of health problems, food allergies, loaded up with meds and I wont out! I found this sight and maybe I have found some help for this idiocy!
