I generally don't work out on anything that hurts. I might do stretching or something really light (some injuries need a tiny bit of loading to trigger a healing response).

I'm not familiar with the 30 day shred.... Does it have any activity that may have hurt your elbow? maybe do something that just focuses on lower body today? Or just low impact cardio. There's a great low impact video here on spark.

I was planning on doing the 30 Day Shred today, but the past couple of days my elbow has been kind of painful? Not sure what's going on but I was wondering if I should just rest today or work out and if it starts hurting to stop?
