It's probably okay. Do a warm up for 3-5 minutes, then stretch them before doing your regular cardio, it will help. They might feel sore initially, but after the muscles warm up, they should feel better. If they don't feel better, and start hurting or cramping more, stop and rest for the day.
Yesterday I did my normal aerobic workout, but I added a little jogging to the workout for the first time ever. I'm extremely proud of myself with the jogging, but now my hamstrings are a little sore. They're not extremely painful and I can still walk as normal, but I just feel them when I'm walking. Should I continue to do my aerobics today, or should I wait until they're no longer sore?
