My "step it up" goal is to do 5 - 10 min. more exercise several days a week, in addition to baseline daily exercise. Today is Saturday, and though I had a chance to exercise walk in the mall, after shopping at Macy's, I cut the walk short. It just felt like time to chill out after a busy day. So I'll excuse myself today for going more with the flow than with the plan. But that doesn't mean I can cut another walk short tomorrow. I'lll keep honing in on "Keep consistent, keep to the plan, and exercise more when you can" because I truly want to be healthier and reduce my weight.
