I use rockers..(sketchers). They help my balance, give arch support, and are easy for me to walk in on hard surfaces. They come in a lot of styles...I even walk in the 'thong's with no problem. NOT good on non-solid surfaces though....I just go to a heavy, flat-soled shoe then...but try a few brands and see what you come up with. If you want to spend money with a guarentee...go to be fitted at a specialty store and try their recommendations...just keep Sparkin'!!!!
