Great story! They do come and sadly we don't always recognize it. They are fun when we do! Like the moment that I realized that I could take the elevator when I had the flu and was exhausted and coughing. It had become so commonplace for me to take the stairs, that I never even considered the elevator anymore!

So lately I've been trying to incorporate more exercise into my daily routine (taking the stairs, parking farther away from the entrance, etc.). Today I amazed myself as I was getting ready for work. I normally double knot my shoes so that I would not have to re-tie them throughout the night. Tonight I decided to go with the single knot. This way I could burn more calories bending over to tie them. What surprised me the most is that this thought came automatically. I didn't have to pre-plan to make a healthy choice. It became almost natural. I can't wait for more moments like these!!
