steps 3727 didn't get my 10,000+ steps, I was cleaning house and help my mom out since she broke her ankle. I will try to make up for it tomorrow. emoticon

Starting this tomorrow May 24 2014 (Sat) My plan is to.......
1. Eating- make healthier choices.
2. Sleep- get in bed earlier aiming for 7-9 hours of sleep a night.
3. Exercise- exercise for no less than 30 minutes for 4-5 days a week.
Exercise I mostly do is walking, want to work up to jogging.

I need to change my way of thinking be more positive than negative. Don't let set backs get to me cause I know I will have them I am only human.
I'm going to be posting it as it is no sugar coating it. Every pound I lose or gain i will post on here. I got to get hard core on myself!!!

Then biggest and the most important one of all and that is to pray and thank God for every pound and victory big or small I have. I can't do this with out him.

Well I guess that's about it for now, so until later keep it real!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
