I followed their schedule all week last week. I thought I was sore on Tuesday from the video, but realized I was sore from the strength training I did on Monday. I wasn't sore the rest of the week from any of the other videos. It's possible that because I had a sinus infection that' I didn't put as much effort into it. I sweat a lot, my heart rate went up, but I didn't feel any soreness from doing the workouts. I'm not sure if that really means anything though.

I have wanted to try this DVD. Was scared to because I tried Zumba and it didn't work at all.

I just started it yesterday. So far, I like it. It's good for people like me who can't dance. He teaches you the moves. I haven't worked out in a few weeks because I got the flu. I woke up sore this morning from yesterday's video, so that's a good sign!

Has anyone here used Shaun T's Rockin' Body dance workout DVDs? If so, what are/were your experiences and results? Would you recommend?
