All good ideas. Vinegar & baking soda alone or together are great for so many things. Years ago there was a major outbreak of fleas in the Midwest even in the city of Chicago. I learned then that borax itself or as in 20 Mule Team on the detergent aisle in most grocery stores is great for fleas on carpeting. We always had a Laborador Retriever and when a person walked through the living room their white socks were speckled. The 20 Mule Team brushed in carpeting with a broom and then vacuumed 20-30 min later totally took care of the fleas for the rest of that year and we were never bothered by them again even though we always had a Lab.
Always many thanks for suggestions.
