I am also new again to sparks people. I like the changes. Hopefully I will be able to persevere and accomplish my goals. My fast break goals are small. I want to track my nutrition intake and exercise output for the next week at least. I also want to try to get 8 hours of sleep. I think that keeping my goals small and simple is a great idea. I hope it works.

Mine is the same way so I just started mid week...
I also made small goals that I knew I could start now. I am drinking more water, stretching for 5 minutes a day, and posting to the message boards. So far I am on track for a good day 1! emoticon

Hi everyone. I am a "new again" Spark member. There have been some great new changes since I have been here last. I set my "Fast Break" goals today (Wed) but the goals are onlt tracked from Sun-Sat. Is there a way to change that or do I just need to keep going in the partial week?

I had the same problem. I was able to eventually save them by going in through My Trackers and then Other Goals... scroll to the bottom. Hope that works.

I am new and having problems saving my Fast Break goals. The page says it cannot be found and that my goals were not saved. Am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions as to what I should do? Thanks so much for any suggestions! Joan

I picked ones that were small that I felt like I could achieve despite being sick. Here's hoping for a successful week.
