What one thing can you do that has been keeping you from moving forward? Is there a certain thing that has prevented you moving beyond the initial thought that you should start moving toward a long term goal or something that has become a road block and stopped you somewhere mid-point? Identify it, write it down, post it somewhere where you will be reminded to get it done if that is what it takes and then give yourself a timeline by which you will get it done!
The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!
