If a recipe doesn't say what the serving size is for it, then unfortunately the only way to figure it out is to do your best to divide the dish into the number of servings it says it is. Otherwise, you can post a comment on that particular recipe page to see if the member that entered the recipe will respond to you.

I was browsing the recipes under Indian Selection and am happy to see so many. Actually, I am a little bit confused about the serving size for those recipes. Each serving means a cup or what? I am an Indian vegetarian and these recipes are really helpful for me to know the exact calories that I normally consume. Just need some clarification on the serving size.
