For today, don't worry about anything but today. Sounds like caffeine withdrawals, the advice given for that sounds great At first I had to ask myself with each bite-is this a stomach hunger, a mouth(taste) hunger, Why am I going to eat this? Many times it would not have been for hunger ://A couple of months later and I don't have to do that so deliberately.

Over time, try out different things that might help give you that satisfied feeling. I drink Good Earth tea when I feel like that, but I have no more calories to spare. It always works for me. Just try to find something that you can have that turns off that 'unsatisfied' trigger. Sometimes nothing really works, and then I end up eating a few raisins or a couple crackers, and a glass of water. It isn't a whole lot, but I always try to listen to my body, I just beware not to go overboard. But when I do, I always feel better, and I'm still losing weight, just slowly, which is fine. I'd rather lose slowly than quickly because I don't want to gain it back!

as said, it's likely a combination of withdrawals - sugar and/or caffeine (depending on the type of drink you usually consume)
Keep at it; eventually your body won't rebel as much, and then not at all.

Oh my gosh, I totally know what you are feeling. 6 months ago, I looked at all the work I had to do and was like "HOW AM I GOING TO DO ALL THIS?!" I knew I had to make changes, but was so overwhelmed and felt terrible (headaches, feeling unsatisfied, all that!) when I would try and make them all at once, so I would just go back to the bad habits. Just remember, these are lifestyle changes we're making, so go slowly. Change things little by little and it will make a BIG impact. If you're cutting out soda (great job!), you may want to drink something that replaces a little of that caffeine. Cold-turkey can be so miserable! I went from soda to coffee (with a little honey), an from coffee to green tea. I still drink caffeine daily, but heck, it's green tea.. Make sure you're tracking your food on here too, because we need to make sure we're getting ENOUGH calories if we're going to be successful in our journey. I know when I first started, I would eat too little, which made me miserable. Tracking my food really made that difference for me. Keep at it. We can do this!
Good job for not having the pepsi. It's possible if you're used to drinking a lot of it, you're having caffeine withdrawals. It's definitely hard to break a bad habit-especially one that has been a part of one's life for so long. Make sure you're drinking enough water too! That helps a lot with head aches as well as keeping hydrated!

Ok, it's only the 1st day of the rest of my life. I haven't had a Pepsi today and I feel like I have eaten so much. I'm not hungry but I feel unsatisfied. I took some Tylenol but still can't get rid of the headache. Anyone have similar problems when they began their journey?
