I had a rough August and I over do when it comes to making my challenges. Hubby says to halve what my initial instinct would be so I can do it!

I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and didn't induldge too much and got some excercise in. I started late, due to some personal issues that came up, but better late than never. I am on day 2 of my streak

Like Cassie, I'm not at a place where 1600 would be reasonable. However, I will take on the challenge and shoot for 750 (at least 25 minutes EVERY day!)

9/1 -- 750 / 90 / 660 -- mowed grass and walked
9/2 -- 750 / 30 / 630 -- walked on treadmill
9/3 -- 750 / 35 / 595 -- bicycle and Bowflex Tredclimber
9/4 -- 750 / 38 / 557 -- walked at the high school track and from home to church

I am sticking with my usual goal -- and hope to exceed it a bit. It's the routine I hope to maintain for the rest of my life: 600 minutes (That's 30 minutes, 5 days per week, 4 weeks per month)

I need to set my goal much lower and just get back into the routine of working out before work. Even 90 minutes a week would be welcome at this point! I'll aim for 600 though and see if I can get some longer Saturday or Sunday workouts in.

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for September. Summer is over and we now head into the fall and a new month that offers us a new opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I will keep my goal at 1600 minutes, since I have not made my goal the past few months with the move~~Hope to see you all back again for more and how great would it be to see some new folks joining us this month too!!
