I'm hoping to get in yoga later, but wanted to get subscribed to the Challenge. I like how Terry has her daily minutes listed. I'll try to do the same. That way I can add my yoga minutes to the right day as I usually do yoga later - if at all - and usually computer is shut down. So corrections may be made for a previous day.

I'm back! Travel and illness kept me from participating in August, but I'm in for September. My goal will be 1500 minutes. I've got more travel in the middle of the month, so I'll have to really keep at it to reach my goal.

In this challenge, we simply track our fitness minutes. Set your own goal as to how many minutes you wish to work out in September and keep us posted as to how you are doing. The following format is recommended (but not required.)

I am setting my goal back a little to 600 minutes (30 minutes, 5 days per week, 4 weeks) because I will be working extra hours at work and taking a vacation late in the month -- but really, I hope to make 650.
