September2014-after reading your posts, I believe we have alot in common. We both are happily married, are close to 50, use food to make us feel--better short term, worse long term. I guess we are not alone in our struggles and even though we are happy and blessed in the most important areas of our lives we still need to work on finding and fixing the issues that are still holding us back from our goals. Looking at your list of reasons why you want to lose the weight would pretty much be looking at my own--my primary difference would be so my underwear, short and pants quit rolling down my belly when I sit! I am just about ready to staple them up. It's a stuggle, that is certain. We just have to keep plugging along, a row of mowing at a time!
