Seltzer is one of my favorite beverages too. I usually have a glass or two per day but I also drink plenty of water. I'm pretty sure seltzer is harmless. nutritiondiva.quickanddirtytips.com/is-car

I love it...so refreshing. I drink Polar water. Cheap and good.

if you like the bubbles, it's okay. i would constantly check the sodium levels, because some brands do add it. if you make it yourself, you shouldn't have any problems.

I bought a soda club spa maker because I love club soda so much. It was the best investment I ever made, I use it every day!

There's so many flavors now too! I started buying seltzer to mix with vodka, and now drink it just because I like it :)

carbonated water (not sure if that's quite the same thing) is certainly better calorie-wise than drinking soda...
I've always been told its bad for your teeth though, and bones. I never enjoyed the taste (and if I remember right, the few times I had no alternative it gave me stomach issues) thoguh, so I didn't fact check it too much and stuck with normal, flat H2O ^_^
I'm sure others will jump in to confirm/nullify the bone/teeth issue thing.

I don't see the problem. The main difference between seltzer and water is carbonation. I am a huge cherry seltzer fan. I love the carbonation, but I don't drink soda, so this is a good alternative.

I've gotten in the habit of drinking flavored seltzer water or club soda not only to fulfill some of my water requirements, but also in place of an alcoholic beverage. Incidentally, it's quite satisfying. It has no sugar (or sugar substitute), calories or sodium. I have several glasses per day. Is there any reason I should not be drinking as much? Could this be as harmful as diet soda?
