Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

years ago I joined a weight loss center where we spoke about a lot of weight issues. One of the findings was that a lot of the women with severe weight issues tended to focus on 'fixing' themselves from the shoulders up and ignore the rest. It was almost as if they disassociated that part of themselves they felt helpless to control.

I'm one of those people that's way too hard on myself... And I know a lot of people on here can be as well, because well, we're human. I stumbled on this video a few minutes ago, and watched it... And it's so wonderful I had to share it.

Dove does wonderful videos, and this thus far is my favorite. My absolute favorite. This is such a wonderful experiment about self perception.

-199 lbs (Only 1.5 lbs away from goal 1!!!) (CW: 201.5 lbs)
