Congratulations on your steps to succeed your goals! It's nice to be reminded sometimes that I can still eat what I want every once in a while, as long as I stay in proportion.

Great job, you are learning what works for you. My husband never gains a pound either no matter what he eats.

Good job! I think I am learning something too... BUSY LONG day at work, still there at dinner time and ran out of snacks as I wasn't expecting to stay so long. Cue big plate of cookies and a box of chocolates in the lunchroom for anyone who wants them. I had ONE cookie and ONE chocolate, still managing to stay within my calorie range with room to spare! Usually this situation would bring on a binge eating bonanza, but I managed to curb the temptation :) Packing extra snacks tomorrow in case I am stuck in the same situation. Healthy habits are forming!

Great job on the baby steps! Not gorging on treat foods is a much better way to deal with them than depriving yourself!

This IS a big deal! I think these kind of goals are more important than the general "I will loose X pounds in X amount of time." You are building healthy habits, and that is what this is all about!

Such a small accomplishment, but my boyfriend who eats fast food daily and can't gain a pound to save his life just can't appreciate the effort this takes, like I know the rest of you can!

Today I ate what I loved, but took control and measured out portions. I'm talking pepperoni pizza (2.5 slices), chewy chips ahoy (2 cookies), 7up (split a can)...mmm!

I stayed within EVERY SINGLE food goal range, with 212 calories to spare! I looooove that this worked. I can eat my fave foods once in awhile, and I can still be in control. Wonderful feeling! I'm sure my sodium wasn't too great, but I promise myself that I'll only do this once in awhile.

Now off to work out. One good choice deserves another, right?
