I am a returning member to sparkpeople. I did weight watchers lost the weight then regained it Plus, did Atkins last year lost the weight then gained it back plus 10 extra lbs from last year. Tired of Yoyo dieting. Just joined a program at my work called Eat Healthy, Live Happy. This program is just about how to make good nutritional choices, keep track of carbohydrates, healthy cooking, and development of new habits for a lifestyle change that will stick. I am looking for supportive friends for this journey.
