Thank you.
I have cooked with sugar free jam before.
Had not considered this. We need this recipe as DH is a diabetic.

Orange or Apricot sauce

1/2 cup sugar free apricot preserves or sugar free orange marmalade
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Mix well, add to your stir fry

Hi, I'm looking for a good sauce recipe to add to chicken or tofu stir fry. I'm not interested in anything with sugar, honey, artificial sweeteners, etc. Maybe someone savory, spicy or peanut buttery? Thanks! emoticon
