My triglycerides dropped about 70 points over 18 months. The only thing I did different was:
1. Added aerobic exercise instead of just "activity".
2. Cutting way back on processed fooods. Such as now I make my own soup salads side dishes desserts etc. And eat whole foods such as an apple instead of apple flavored something.
I'm not sure high tryglicerides are the same thing as fatty liver but just letting you know what did. Good luck to you.
