Hi. I've been on this healthy diet and portion size eating since the end of March. I am also doing a 30 minute pilates a day and walk. I haven't lost a pound yet. Can you believe it. But I do have to say that some of the fat I see is dissapearing. I lost an inch around my thighs and a inch from my upper arms. I think the pounds come off after the fat starts to come off and turns to muscle. So it takes time I thought this was easy but it's not. It's easy to pack the pounds on but really tough to take them off. So frustrating. But you have to have will power and be strong and can do it. good luck!
