I sadly don't recommend using these things as we all know sometimes if we have lost alot of weight we can sometimes do not look like the model in any shape or form. Sadly, this happened to me even if I got to my goal weight and only gave more problems of how I should look in the mirror!

I don't know if this has been posted before but just in case it hasn't thought I'd share.

Basically you load your own photo up, add your weight and height at the top of the page and then more the slider down on the left hand side to see how much you've changed.

No idea how accurate it is but I've lost 70 lbs in the last 5 minutes :-)
