I may do a meal bar an hour or so before a heavy workout. but I don't generally eat them.

I don't eat meal bars. I think it's a much better idea to eat real food for a meal.
Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.
A person who wants something WILL find a way....a person who doesn't will find an excuse.
Which do you prefer? The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?

I know everybody at the SPARK is more aware then the general public so I had some free time and tried the meal bar comparison agian on You Tube. Check out..... NASBAR..... and let me know what you think. Also thanks to all those who replied to yesterday's post, I do a lot of one on one here in town but sometimes it just doesn't seem like enough.
