I hate to burst your bubble but that much of a weight loss in one day is pretty much impossible. Unless of course you are an Olympic athlete. Your weight fluctuates through out the day. I know it must be enticing to see the scale say that but it takes a lot more effort to lose that much weight. It is a sometimes an excruciatingly slow process. A realistic weight loss should be about .5 to 2 pound loss a week. The best thing you could do right now is get yourself acclimated to Sparks. I would recommend checking out the Sparkdiet. There is a wealth of information there.
