Hi, Sandy! This is my second day back, too. I was in a car accident in 2011, and was off diet for a while. I don't know if I should say this, but, I joined Curves, and although I like the 30 minute circuit, I made a mistake and joined Curves complete. There are certain foods / menus I have to follow, and although there is quite a nice selection, I prefer my own choices. I lost weight before just doing my own recipes and Spark peoples! Anyway, I'm in the 6 month contract now, so will just get through that, and then it will be just the workouts. Don't get me wrong, it's really nice for some people, but I find if I have to follow certain things and plan a week ahead, it doesn't work for me. I will continue the workouts though, since it's the best option for me with my ongoing injuries. Lets encourage each other!

Yes second day back , day one went very well. Lost 25 pounds on Weight Watchers , but find it very costly for my budget , looking for help and accountability here. Sandy
