I totally don't mean this is a rude way, but I have no idea why someone would be "terrified" they might "fall off the wagon." Who is driving the wagon? You are! The only way I can imagine being scared is if I had no control over myself or what I would be able to eat. As if I were a child and someone was making me clean my plate. YOU are in charge of yourself, and YOU have to choose to say no to those foods that are going to hinder your progress. Now if you're making a choice to have a cheat meal or day or whatever, that's one thing. But don't be "scared" as if the powers are out of your control.
no because food has become my friend instead of my enemy. I make good choices in what I eat. I also have done my homework.........I lifted weights for an hour and did my 5k sparks run.

No.. our family dinner is not until 6pm. So, today I have eaten a whole grain wheat waffle and a 1/2 of sliced peaches. I plan on a sensible lunch. My trick is to eat some veggies (carrots... celery.. cherry tomatos) before going tonight so that my stomach is semi full already. I am just going to eat some roasted turkey and the lower fat side dishes. I am not a fan of stuffing anyways; therefore, I would avoid the extra carbs right there.

Today will be a real challenge for me because we have 2 Thanksgiving meals to attend. If I do eat too much today, I will just get back on track tomorrow and not beat myself up about it. I just want to enjoy family and have fun.
