Congrats! I think it's more important to measure the inches and your feeling of well-being. I sabotage myself if I use the scales, but get jazzed with the tape measure. I started changing my habits in baby steps, and now my progress is inch by inch. You're getting stronger, leaner and healthier. Does it get better than that? I only use the scales once a month. That's when I measure my waist, hips, thighs and arms too. If I get down about my weight, I'm empowered by the inches lost. The inches keep me motivated. Keep up the good work. You are rocking it!

Baby steps turn to leaps and bounds! "Just today" turns into a lifetime of improved health and fitness. It turned this body from a size 18+ to a size 4-6! Maintaining my new life, habits and body.

Trying to stay positive but the scale has not moved in 3 weeks. I have been following the plan and exercising. Last night I decided to measure and I have lost several inches. Very encouraged!!
