I'm down a pound from yesterday. I read about the ONE DAY DIET and decided to try it. ONE DAY AT A TIME and only think about being on the diet TODAY. So,
that is what I 'm doing.

Hi. I just weighed in after 2 weeks and lost my first pound. The scale shows I lost 3, but I won't count them all unless they stay off for 3 to 5 days.

Fitness starts with getting good shoes.
