I do this all the time.

SAUSAGE STIR FRY

1 package sausage cut into coins
1 each green, yellow and red pepper cut into strips
1 large onion thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic chopped

Saute peppers, onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil until cooked.
Remove veggies from pan, keep warm.
Saute the sausage coins until cooked, add back the veggies to the pan and warm through.

GREAT over brown rice !!!

Look for ideas on how to make this. I have sausage and veggies that have to go so figured this would be the easiest way.
