I went to Red Lobster today and made some good and some bad choices. I can't eat meat and I thought I would take my son out to eat. I still made myself go to the gym and did over an hour on the treadmill and did some circuit training so I feel pretty good. I was happy when I weighed and was down to under three hundred for the first time in a long time! I now just have ten pound goals. I hope I can keep it up. I have not had soda in three weeks and am not really missing it anymore. I wanted to jump for joy. Thank you for all your support!. emoticon

Well here it is...My name is Sara and I am 37 years old. I currently weigh 303pounds ( I weighed 311.5 pounds a week ago). I did weigh 383 back in 2006 and lost 130 pounds in 9 months. But with a horrible marriage I have managed to put back on about 45 pounds. I am ashamed that I had worked so hard and allowed myself to put that weight back on. But no more. I am determined to lose all the weight I had put on and some.

After I had lost the weight I was able to do more things with my children and go on the rides at six flags, but not anymore. With summer coming I am determined to be able to do all those things and more with my kids again.

Saturday I cheated and had a slice of pizza and a soda with some chips. Sunday I did well, but still not able to make it to the gym ( I work two full-time jobs).

Today is the day that I get back to the gym and am totally excited! I don't feel good unless I am able to get there. That has to be a good sign that I am on the right track.

I will keep you informed of my progress as things go. emoticon
